Governing Laws, Jurisdiction and Venue. This Grant Agreement, and any dispute arising from the relationship between the Parties to this Grant Agreement, shall be governed by California law. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Grant Agreement (whether contract, tort or both) shall be resolved in a state court in Los Angeles County, California.
