Common use of Government and Economic Development Reporting Clause in Contracts

Government and Economic Development Reporting. If Licensor requests, Licensee will provide the information required under Federal and state law for Licensor’s Government and economic development reporting purposes. This information shall be treated as Licensee’s Confidential Information; provided that Licensor is entitled to combine such information with similar information from other Licensor licensees and publicly report such combined aggregate information, without identifying Licensee’s separate specific applicable numbers. If and when Licensee has more than 200 full-time employees, then no further economic development reports will be required from Licensee.
