Common use of Government and Other Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Government and Other Authorizations. All consents, licenses, authorizations and approvals of, and exemptions by, any Governmental Authority and any governmental authorities within the United States or elsewhere and any other Persons that are necessary or advisable: (i) for the execution, delivery, performance and observance by the Shipowner of this Agreement, the Floating Rate Note, and the Indenture; and (ii) for the validity, binding effect and enforceability of this Agreement, the Floating Rate Note, and the Indenture have been obtained and are in full force and effect.
