Common use of Government and Other Consents Clause in Contracts

Government and Other Consents. No consent, authorization, license, permit, registration or approval of, or exemption or other action by, any governmental or public body or authority, or any other Person, is required in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by each of SOFTBANK and SOFTBANK Parent of this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements to which it is a party, or if any such consent is required, each such Party has satisfied the applicable requirements.
