Common use of Government and Other Consents Clause in Contracts

Government and Other Consents. Except as disclosed in the Transaction Agreements, no consent, authorization, license, permit, registration or approval of, or exemption or other action by, any governmental or public body or authority, or any other Person, is required in connection with Ariba’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement or the other Transaction Agreements to which it is a party, or if any such consent is required, Ariba has satisfied any applicable requirements.
