Common use of Government and Other Third Party Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government and Other Third Party Approvals. All consents, approvals, orders or authorizations of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Entity or other Person identified on Section 8.3(e) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule shall have been obtained or made, in a manner reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Company, and no such consent, approval, order or authorization shall have been revoked.

All notices, consents, approvals, orders or authorizations of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Entity Authority or other Person identified on in Section 8.3(e) 9.3 of the Parent Disclosure Schedule shall have been obtained or made, in a manner reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to CompanyParent, and no such notice, consent, approval, order or authorization shall have been revoked.
