Common use of Government Approvals, Etc Clause in Contracts

Government Approvals, Etc. No Government Approval or filing or registration with any Governmental Authority is required for the making and performance by Borrower or any Guarantor of the Loan Documents or in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such as have been heretofore obtained and are in full force and effect (certified copies thereof having been delivered to Agent).

Government Approvals, Etc. No Government Approval or filing or registration with any Governmental Authority is required for the making and performance by Borrower or any Guarantor of the Loan Documents to which it is a party or in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such as have been heretofore obtained and are in full force and effect (certified copies thereof having been delivered to Agent).

No Government Approval or filing or registration with any Governmental Authority is required for the making and performance by Borrower or any Guarantor Borrowers of the Loan Documents or in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such as have been heretofore obtained and are in full force and effect (certified copies thereof having been delivered to Agent), or except such approvals, filings or registrations, the absence of which would not have a material adverse effect on the business of Borrowers.

No Government Approval or filing or registration with any Governmental Authority is required for the making and performance by Borrower Borrower, Guarantor or any Guarantor Subsidiary of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents to which Borrower, Guarantor or such Subsidiary is a party or in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such as have been heretofore obtained and are in full force and effect (certified copies thereof having been delivered to Agent).
