Common use of Government Approvals, Etc Clause in Contracts

Government Approvals, Etc. No Government Approval or filing or registration with any Governmental Authority is required for the making and performance by Guarantor of this Guaranty or any other Guarantor Documents to which Guarantor is a party, or in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such as have been heretofore obtained and are in full force and effect (certified copies thereof having been delivered to the Lender).
