Common use of Government Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government Approvals. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body required for the due execution, delivery or performance by Servicer of any Servicer Transaction Document to which it is a party remains unobtained or unfiled, except in the case of the initial Servicer for the filing of the financing statements referred to in Section 7.02(a).

Government Approvals. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority Governmental Authority or regulatory body required for the due execution, delivery or performance by Servicer the Borrower of any Servicer Transaction Document to which it is a party party, remains unobtained or unfiled, except in the case of the initial Servicer for the filing of the financing statements referred to in Section 7.02(a).

No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body required for the due execution, delivery or performance by Borrower or Master Servicer of any Servicer Transaction Document to which it is a party remains unobtained or unfiled, except in the case of the initial Servicer for the filing of the financing statements referred to in Section 7.02(a).

No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or regulatory body required of Servicer for the due execution, delivery or performance by Servicer of any Servicer Transaction Document to which it is a party remains unobtained or unfiled, except in the case of the initial Servicer for the filing of the financing statements referred to in Section 7.02(a).
