GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 7550. The CONTRACTOR shall be subject to the following part of Government Code Section 7550 concerning required notice on any documents or written reports that has prepared: "Any document or written report prepared for or under the direction of the State or Local Agency, which is prepared in whole or in part by non-employees of such Agency, shall contain the numbers and dollar amounts of all contracts and subcontracts relating to the preparation of such document or written report; provided, however, that the total cost for work 'performed by non-employees of the agency exceeds five thousand dollars ($5,000). The contract and subcontract numbers and dollar amounts shall be contained in a separate section of such document or written "When multiple documents or written reports are the subject or product of the contract, the disclosure section may also contain a statement indicating that the total contract amount represents compensation for multiple documents or written reports."
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 7550. Every document or report prepared by Consultant for or under the direction of County pursuant to this Agreement shall contain the numbers and dollar amounts of all contracts and subcontracts relating to the preparation of the document or written report if the total cost for the work performed by nonemployees of County exceeds five thousand dollars ($5,000). The contract and subcontract numbers and dollar amounts shall be contained in a separate section of the document or written report. If multiple documents or written reports are the subject or product of this Agreement, the disclosure section may also contain a statement indicating that the total contract amount represents compensation for multiple documents or written reports.

  • GOVERNMENT PROPERTY ‌ For task orders awarded under OASIS SB, Government property matters shall follow the same policies and procedures for Government property under FAR Part 45, Government Property and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements. FAR Part 45 does not apply to Government property that is incidental to the place of performance, when the task order requires Contractor personnel to be located on a Government site or installation, and when the property used by the Contractor within the location remains accountable to the Government. Unless otherwise specified in a task order, the Contactor shall provide all office equipment and consumable supplies at the Contractor’s sole and exclusive expense, including computers/workstations used in daily operation in support of OASIS SB. The OCO must tailor property clauses, provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions specific to each task order solicitation and award.
