Government Contract. “Government Contract” means any Contract entered into between MMG or the Subsidiary and (i) any Government Entity, (ii) any prime contractor to any Government Entity (in its capacity as such) or (iii) any subcontractor described in Schedule 1.38 to the Disclosure Schedule (which description will also identify the relevant agreement with such subcontractor).
