Common use of Government Filings Clause in Contracts

Government Filings. Within five (5) days after the same are sent or received, copies of all correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;

Government Filings. Within five ten (510) days after the same are sent or received, copies of all correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;

Government Filings. Within five (5) days Business Days after the same are sent or received, copies of all material correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority Authority, other than Routine Inquiries, regarding compliance with or maintenance of material Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the material Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;

Within five (5) days Business Days after the same are sent or received, copies of all correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;

Within five (5) days Business Days after the same are sent by Borrower or receivedreceived by Xxxxxxxx, copies of all material correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or Law, in each case that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on material to the business of Borrower or any of its SubsidiariesBorrower;

Within five (5) days after the same are sent or received, copies of all material and non-routine correspondence, reports, documents documents, and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;
