Common use of Government Funding Clause in Contracts

Government Funding. Except as set forth in Section 3.8(u) of the Company Disclosure Letter, no government funding, facilities or resources of a university, college, other educational institution or research center or funding from third parties was used in the development of the Company Intellectual Property, and no Governmental Entity, university, college, other educational institution or research center has any claim or right in or to the Company Intellectual Property.

Government Funding. Except as set forth shown in Section 3.8(u3.8(t) of the Company Disclosure LetterSchedule, no government funding, facilities or resources of a university, college, other educational institution or research center or funding from third parties was used in the development of the Company Intellectual Property, and no Governmental Entity, university, college, other educational institution or research center has any claim or right in or to the Company Intellectual Property.

Except as set forth in Section 3.8(u3.10(p) of the Company Disclosure Letter, (i) no government funding, facilities or resources of a university, college, other educational institution or research center or funding from third parties was used in the development of the any Company Intellectual Property, and (ii) to the Knowledge of the Sellers, no Governmental Entity, university, college, other educational institution or research center has any claim or right in or to the such Company Intellectual Property and (iii) no rights have been granted to any Governmental Entity with respect to any Company Product, or Company Intellectual Property.
