Common use of Government Funding Clause in Contracts

Government Funding. No government funding, facilities of a university, college, other educational institution or research center or development funding from third parties was used in the development of any Company Intellectual Property. To the Knowledge of the Company, no current or former employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company, who was involved in, or who contributed to, the creation or development of any Company Intellectual Property, has performed services for the government, university, college, or other educational institution or research center during a period of time during which such employee, consultant or independent contractor was also performing services for the Company.

Government Funding. No government funding, facilities or resources of a university, college, other education institution or research center or funding from third parties was used in the development of the Company-Owned Intellectual Property owned by the Company, in a way that would provide any Governmental Authority, university, college, other educational institution or research center any claim or development funding from third parties was used right in the development of any Company or to such Company-Owned Intellectual Property. To the Knowledge of the Company, no current or former employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company, who was involved in, or who contributed to, the creation or development of any Company Intellectual Property, has performed services for the government, university, college, or other educational institution or research center during a period of time during which such employee, consultant or independent contractor was also performing services for the Company.
