Common use of Government-Furnished Facilities Clause in Contracts

Government-Furnished Facilities. The Government shall furnish a list of all facilities for removal or partial removal as part of the demolition process. Contractor shall take possession of all property described in the task order PWS for dismantling or demolition. Ownership of the property to be dismantled/demolished shall vest in the Contractor immediately upon issuing the notice to proceed (NTP) with the work unless otherwise directed in the task order PWS.
