Common use of GOVERNMENT INDEMNIFICATION Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT INDEMNIFICATION. Notwithstanding Section 13.01(a) hereof, in the event of the requisition for use by the Government of the Airframe or the Airframe and the Engines or engines then installed on the Airframe, the Lessee shall maintain throughout the period of such requisition such insurance as would otherwise be required under this Section 13.01; provided that the Lessor shall accept, in lieu of such insurance coverage, written indemnification or insurance from the Government which is substantially the same as otherwise required under this Article 13.
