Common use of Government Licenses, Permits, and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government Licenses, Permits, and Approvals. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals which are required by any Governmental Authority with respect to this Agreement and the Business of Licensee, and to comply with any requirements of such Governmental Authorities. Licensee shall furnish Licensor and/or its Affiliates written evidence from such Governmental Authorities of any such licenses, permits, clearances, authorizations, or regulatory approvals at Licensor’s request.

Licensee shall furnish Licensor and/or its Affiliates Licensors with written evidence from such Governmental Authorities regulatory authorities of any such licenses, permits, clearances, authorizations, or regulatory approvals at Licensor’s Licensors’ request.
