Government Order. If a receiving party is required under an order or ---------------- requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body to disclose any Confidential Information, then such receiving party shall provide prompt notice thereof to the other party and shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to obtain a protective order or otherwise prevent public disclosure of such information.
