Common use of Government Permits and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government Permits and Approvals. Any and all Permits necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or required in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been obtained, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall not violate or conflict with any order, writ, injunction or Law binding upon or applicable to the Company or the Sellers. Any applicable waiting periods, including under the HSR Act, (and any extensions thereof) applicable to the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated.
