GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall comply with any applicable provisions or Acts of Congress, rules, regulations, and requirements of the Government of the United State of America. If there is a grant of money or loan of money by the Government of the United States of America for the Project, then the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall furnish any information and provide any assistance which the OWNER deemed necessary for the preparation of any certificates, reports, or materials required as a result of obtaining said grant or loan.
