Government Purchase Card Program. The contractor shall accept orders placed by authorized GPC users. The Government Purchase Card is a purchasing instrument issued through a commercial bank to a Government Agency to facilitate micro purchases. A micro purchase is any order for supplies or services of $2,500.00 or less, or order for construction services of $2,000.00 or less. The Contractor processes micro purchases under the GPC program exactly as they would process a charge by an individual using a personal credit card.
