Government Purpose. For purposes of this Addendum, references in the Agreement (including in the Additional Use Rights) to “business” use will be deemed references to Government use. In accordance with such provisions, any use of any Product by the Government will be governed solely by the terms of the Agreement as modified by this Government Addendum. All other use by or on behalf of the Government is prohibited.
