Government Regulations. The School Bus Operator shall, at its own costs, obtain and maintain all licence and authorisations, including governmental authorisations or certification required without any restrictions or qualifications whatsoever so as to enable the School Bus Operator to fulfil all its obligations under this Agreement and the Parent Agreements.
