Government Reports. Comcast shall provide to the Township, upon written request, copies of any and all communications, reports, documents, pleadings and notifications of any kind which Comcast has submitted to any federal, state or local regulatory agencies if such documents relate specifically to Comcast’s Cable System within the Township. Comcast shall provide copies of such documents no later than thirty (30) days after their request.
Government Reports. The Employer, the Employee, the Custodian, and the Sponsor shall furnish to one another such information relevant to the Agreement and Custodial Account required by the Code or governmental regulations. The Custodian shall file with the Internal Revenue Service such returns and other information concerning the Custodial Account which the Code requires it to file, but the Custodian has no obligation to prepare, file, or provide any other reports except those expressly required by this Agreement. 7.6
Government Reports. Any material reports relating to the Plant that are prepared by Operator for submittal to any Governmental Authority shall first be furnished to Owner for Owner's review and approval within a reasonable period of time prior to such submission; provided, that if necessary to comply with a prompt filing deadline, Operator shall give Owner only such notice and opportunity to review as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances. Any Owner approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Operator shall provide to Owner a copy of all reports relating to the Plant prepared by it for submittal to any Governmental Authority concurrently with such submittal.
Government Reports. If applicable, Seller shall cause Guarantor to deliver, and Guarantor shall deliver, to Buyer, within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of such fiscal quarter, a report specifying, on a mortgage loan by mortgage loan basis, any rejection by the FHA or the VA of insurance or guarantee claims by Seller or Guarantor, any rejection by Xxxxxx Xxx or Freddie Mac of sales by Seller or Guarantor, any repurchase requests by Xxxxxx Xxx, Freddie Mac, the FHA or the VA (with such report specifying, with respect to each mortgage loan that is included in any such report, the loan number assigned by Guarantor with respect to such mortgage loan (which loan number shall be the same loan number provided to Buyer with respect to any Related Mortgage Loan)), and the “compare ratio” assigned to Guarantor by the FHA under its “Neighborhood Watch” program.
Government Reports. Operator shall prepare and file any reports required by any commission or Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Facilities, including all reports, right-of-way alignment maps, field inventories and valuation reports and statements of reconciliation as may be required by Governmental Authorities, in each case, in the correct number of copies required.
Government Reports. With respect to each Plan, all reports and information required to be filed with any Governmental Entity or distributed to Plan participants and their beneficiaries have been duly and timely filed or distributed, and to the knowledge of Target, all reports and information actually filed or distributed were true; complete and correct in all material respects at the time of filing or distribution.
Government Reports. Rivian will submit Government Reports applicable to the certification, Manufacture, and sale of the Products that are required to be submitted under applicable Law in the Authorized Territories. In connection with Rivian’s submission of Government Reports and upon Rivian’s reasonable request, Amazon will furnish to Rivian information in accordance with the Agreement necessary for the preparation of such Government Reports to the extent: (i) it is in Amazon’s possession, (ii) Amazon has the right to disclose such information without violating any confidentiality or non-disclosure provisions and (iii) the information must be disclosed to Rivian under applicable Law, in each case in the format and to the office specified by Rivian. In the event of a dispute between the Parties as to whether any such information is necessary to be included in a Government Report, the Parties will resolve such dispute in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.8 (Dispute Resolution) of the Framework Addendum. Amazon will also provide reasonable assistance to Rivian in the preparation of all applicable Government Reports relating to the certification, Manufacture, and sale of the Products. Each Party’s obligations and rights with respect to Government Reports are in addition to the other obligations and the additional conditions set forth in Section 6 (Quality Management; Governmental Investigations) and Section 9.11 (Data and Data Protection) of the Framework Addendum with respect to the sharing of information by such Party. In the event such information is only in Amazon’s possession and Amazon does not disclose such information to Rivian (and does not disclose such information directly to the government), Rivian will not be deemed to be in breach of its obligations under this Section 1.5(B) due to a failure to submit Government Reports requiring such information (but only with respect to such information).
Government Reports. All existing agreements, reports, correspondence and notices received by the Borrower from any federal, state, county, city or other governmental agency, if any;
Government Reports. Abbott shall be responsible for filing with the FDA any adverse reaction reports that it receives directly from Third Parties and from Triangle in the Territory.
