Government Representations Sample Clauses

Government Representations. The Government hereby represents to MCC that the information provided to MCC by or on behalf of the Government in the course of reaching this Agreement is true, correct, and complete in all material respects.

Government Representations. MCA-Indonesia will confirm each representation that it makes on behalf of the Government in any agreement, certificate or instrument delivered by MCA-Indonesia with all necessary Permitted Designees prior to providing such representation to MCC.
