Common use of Government-Required Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Government-Required Disclosure. If a duly constituted government authority, court or regulatory agency orders that a Party hereto disclose information subject to an obligation of confidentiality under this Agreement, such Party shall comply with the order, but shall notify the other Party as soon as possible, so as to provide the said Party an opportunity to apply to a court of record for relief from the order.

Government-Required Disclosure. If a duly constituted government authorityGovernmental Authority, court or regulatory agency Regulatory Authority orders that a Party hereto disclose information subject to an obligation of confidentiality under this Agreement, such Party shall comply with the order, but shall notify the other Party as soon as possible, so as to provide the said other Party an a reasonable opportunity to apply to a court of record for relief from the orderorder or for confidential treatment thereof, and thereafter such Party shall disclose only the minimum information required to be disclosed in order to comply.
