Common use of Government Required Reports Clause in Contracts

Government Required Reports. Promptly after sending, issuing, making available, or filing, copies of all material reports, proxy statements, and financial statements that Borrower sends or makes available generally to its stockholders, and, not later than five (5) days after actual filing or the date such filing was first due, all registration statements and reports that Borrower files or is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other governmental or regulatory authority having similar authority.

Government Required Reports. Promptly after sending, issuing, making available, or filing, copies of all material reports, proxy statements, and financial statements (other than any report or any other documentation or communication that is immaterial, routine or administrative in nature) that Borrower sends or makes available generally to its stockholders, and, not later than five (5) days after actual filing or the date such filing was first due, all registration statements and reports that Borrower files or is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other governmental or regulatory authority having similar authority.

Promptly after sending, issuing, making available, or filing, copies of all material reports, proxy statements, and financial statements that Borrower Company sends or makes available generally to its stockholders, and, not later than five (5) days Business Days after actual filing or the date such filing was first due, all registration statements and reports that Borrower Company files or is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other governmental Governmental Authority or regulatory authority having similar authority.
