Common use of GOVERNMENT RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS. Compliance with Laws Licensee shall comply with all applicable laws when exercising any right or taking any action under this Agreement, and will ensure that the manufacture, use, sale, or transfer of Licensed Products complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Export Control Licensee agrees to comply with U.S. export laws and regulations pertaining to the export of technical data, services and commodities, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R., parts 120-130), the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R., parts 730-744), the regulations administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (31 C.F.R., parts 501-598) and the Anti-Boycott Regulations (15 C.F.R 760). Licensee shall obtain any necessary U.S. government license or other authorization required pursuant to the U.S. export control laws and regulations for the export or re-export of any commodity, service or technical data covered by this Agreement.
