Common use of Government Use of Software Clause in Contracts

Government Use of Software. Each Party confirms its commitment to: (a) maintain appropriate laws, regulations or policies that make provision for its central government agencies to continue to use only legitimate computer software in a manner authorised by law and consistent with this Chapter; and (b) encourage its respective regional and local governments to maintain or adopt similar measures.
