Common use of Governmental and Court Authorization Clause in Contracts

Governmental and Court Authorization. The Purchaser hereby represents and warrants that the execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of this Put Option Agreement and the consummation by the Purchaser of the transactions contemplated hereby require no action by, or in respect of, or consent, approval or authorization of, or filing, registration or qualification with, any Governmental Body.
