Common use of Governmental and Other Approvals Clause in Contracts

Governmental and Other Approvals. The execution, delivery and performance of the Loan Documents by the Borrower and the Guarantor and the consummation by the Borrower and the Guarantor of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby do not require any approval or consent of, or filing with, any governmental agency or authority or other third party other than those already obtained and those required after the date hereof in connection with the Borrower’s performance of the covenants contained in §§7, 8 and 9 hereof.
