Common use of Governmental and Regulatory and Other Consents and CHC Approvals Clause in Contracts

Governmental and Regulatory and Other Consents and CHC Approvals. Other than the filing of the Articles of Merger, all consents, approvals and actions of, filings with and notices to any Governmental Entity or any other public or private third parties required of Skyline, CHC or any of their respective subsidiaries to consummate the Merger and the transactions contemplated hereby, including those set forth in Section ‎5.3(c) of the CHC Disclosure Letter shall have been made or obtained, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Skyline.
