Common use of Governmental Approval, Regulation, etc Clause in Contracts

Governmental Approval, Regulation, etc. No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority or other Person (other than filings and recordings in respect of Liens created by the Collateral Documents and other than those that have been duly obtained or made and which are in full force and effect) is required for (i) the grant by the Company of the Liens granted by the Collateral Documents or (ii) the due execution, delivery or performance by the Company of this Agreement.
