Common use of Governmental Approvals, etc Clause in Contracts

Governmental Approvals, etc. Upon the exercise by the Administrative Agent of any power, right, privilege or remedy pursuant to this Agreement which requires any consent, approval, qualification or authorization of any governmental authority or instrumentality, the Pledgor will execute and deliver, or will cause the execution and delivery of, all applications, certificates, instruments and other documents and papers that the Administrative Agent may be required to obtain for such governmental consent, approval, qualification or authorization.
