Governmental Authority Coordination. Contractor shall coordinate the Work with all Governmental Authorities and utility companies involved in the Project. Prior to excavation and in accordance with utility locating requirements, Contractor shall cause to have located all underground facilities on and about the Site before commencing any digging operations.
