Governmental Authority Filings. From the date hereof to the Closing Date, Seller will file, or cause to be filed, with the Colorado Division of Banking, the FDIC or other relevant Governmental Authority, and promptly thereafter make available to Buyer, copies of each material registration, report, statement, notice or other filing required to be filed by Target Company with the Colorado Division of Banking, the FDIC or any other Governmental Authority under Applicable Law. All such registrations, reports, statements, notices or other filings shall comply in all material respects with Applicable Law.

All such registrations, reports, statements, notices or other filings shall comply in all material respects with Applicable Law.
