Common use of Governmental Authorizations, Etc Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorizations, Etc. No consent, approval or authorization of, or registration, filing or declaration with, any Governmental Authority is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by any Credit Party of this Agreement, the Notes or the other Transaction Documents to which such Person is a party.

Governmental Authorizations, Etc. No Except as set forth on Annex 6.7, no consent, approval or authorization of, or registration, filing or declaration with, any Governmental Authority is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by the Borrower or any Credit Party Subsidiary of this Agreement, the Notes Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents to which such Person it is a party.
