Common use of Governmental Bodies; Consents Clause in Contracts

Governmental Bodies; Consents. Seller is not required to submit any notice, report or other filing with any Governmental Body in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by it of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, no other consents, approvals or authorizations of any Governmental Body is required to be obtained by Seller in connection with its execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
