Governmental Certificates Sample Clauses

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation or organization of Borrower as to the existence and good standing of Borrower, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date of the initial Advance or Letter of Credit;

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of appropriate officials as to the existence and good standing of each of the Loan Parties in its jurisdiction of incorporation or organization and in all jurisdictions in which such Loan Party is qualified or is required to qualify to do business as a foreign entity, each such certificate to be dated as of a Current Date;
