Common use of Governmental Certificates Clause in Contracts

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation of each Existing Borrower and Guarantor as to the existence and good standing of such Existing Borrower or Guarantor, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date of this Amendment;

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation organization of each Existing Borrower and Guarantor appropriate, as to the existence and good standing of such Existing Borrower or GuarantorPerson, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date of this AmendmentAgreement;

Governmental Certificates. Certificates Certificate of the appropriate government governmental officials of the state of incorporation or organization of each Existing Borrower and each Guarantor as to the existence and good standing of such Existing Borrower or Guarantorparty, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date of this Amendmenthereof;

Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state Borrower's and each Guarantor's jurisdiction of incorporation of each Existing Borrower and Guarantor incorporation/organization as to the existence and good standing of the Borrower and such Existing Borrower or Guarantor, each dated within ten (10) 30 days prior to the date of this Amendmenthereof;

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation of each Existing Borrower and Guarantor of the Borrowers as to the existence and good standing of such Existing Borrower or GuarantorPerson, each dated within ten (10) 30 days prior to the date of this Amendmentthe Term Loan;

Governmental Certificates. Certificates of the appropriate government officials of the state of incorporation of each Existing the Borrower and each Guarantor as to the existence and good standing of such Existing the Borrower or and each Guarantor, each dated within ten (10) 30 days prior to the date of this Amendmentthe initial Advance or the initial Letter of Credit;
