Governmental Consent or Approval. Except for state “blue sky” laws, all authorizations, licenses, consents, approvals and undertakings which are required to be obtained by the County under any applicable law in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by the County of its obligations under, or in connection with, this Agreement and the Financing Documents to which it is a party, have been received, and all such authorizations, licenses, consents, approvals and undertakings are in full force and effect.
