Common use of Governmental Consent or Approval Clause in Contracts

Governmental Consent or Approval. No authorization, consent, approval, permit, license, or exemption of, or filing or registration with, any court or Governmental Authority that has not been obtained or issued is or will be necessary for the valid adoption, execution, delivery or performance by the City of the Related Documents to which it is a party and, in particular, this Agreement, the Fee Letter and the Notes.
