Governmental Contract/Regulatory Requirements. Schedule A to this Attachment, which is incorporated herein by this reference, sets forth the special provisions that are applicable to the Medicaid Product under the State Contract and the provisions that are required by the State Contract to be included in the Agreement with respect to the Medicaid Product. Schedule B to this Attachment, which is incorporated herein by this reference, sets forth the terms that are applicable to the Medicaid Product under State laws and regulations, and that are required under such laws and regulations to be included in the Agreement with respect to the Medicaid Product. To the extent that a Coverage Agreement is subject to the law cited in the Schedule B, such provision will apply to the rendering of Covered Services to a Covered Person with such Coverage Agreement. Provider shall expressly impose these terms and obligations, in writing, on each of its Contracted Providers, as such term is defined in the Agreement. Health Plan is and shall be a third -party beneficiary of any agreement between Provider and its Contracted Providers with the right to directly enforce these terms and condition upon Contracted Providers. Applicable State agencies have the right to modify, supplement, amend and add to the terms, conditions and obligations set forth in Schedules A and B, and Provider shall be bound by such changes SCHEDULE A GOVERNMENTAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS This Schedule A sets forth the special provisions that are specific to the Oklahoma SoonerSelect Medicaid , SoonerSelect Children’s Program and CHIP Product under the applicable State Contract.
