Governmental Coordination. The applicable Developer Party shall schedule, and give timely notice to Authority of, any meetings such Developer Party deems necessary to coordinate the design or construction of an AF Unit with any Governmental Body. The applicable Developer Party shall promptly advise Authority of all communications with any Governmental Body.
Governmental Coordination. MPO staff shall coordinate with other modal agencies, such as the FDOT and the Regional Planning Council, on transportation issues and projects.
