Common use of Governmental Filings and Consents Clause in Contracts

Governmental Filings and Consents. The Company, Acquisition and PRCO shall cooperate with one another in filing any necessary applications, reports or other documents with any federal or state agencies, authorities or bodies having jurisdiction with respect to the business of the Company, Acquisition or PRCO and in seeking any necessary approval, consultation or prompt favorable action of, with or by any of such agencies, authorities or bodies.
