GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION AND AUTHORIZATIONS. This Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of those Governmental Authorities having control over either Party or this Agreement. Xxxxx’s duty to comply with this Agreement is conditioned on Seller’s submission to Buyer before the Commercial Operation Date and maintaining thereafter copies of all Required Facility Documents.
