GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION AND AUTHORIZATIONS. This Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of those governmental agencies having control over either Party or this Agreement. Seller shall at all times maintain in effect all local, state and federal licenses, permits and other approvals as then may be required by law for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Facility, and shall provide upon request copies of the same to PGE.
