GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION AND AUTHORIZATIONS. This Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. Upon reasonable request, either Party shall submit to the other Party copies of all local, state and federal licenses, permits and other approvals as then may be required by law relating to this Agreement or the Facility. Each Party shall maintain all local, state and federal licenses, permits and other approvals as may be required to fully perform hereunder. Each Party shall support the other in obtaining and maintaining such approvals, except that nothing herein shall require either Party to intervene or otherwise participate in any proceeding in support of the other.
