Governmental Jurisdiction and Regulatory Compliance. Each party shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to it. As applicable, each party shall give all required notices, shall procure and maintain all necessary governmental permits, licenses, and inspections necessary for performance of this Agreement, and shall pay its respective charges and fees in connection therewith.
