Governmental Jurisdiction and Regulatory Compliance. Each Party shall at all times comply with all Applicable Laws and shall give all Notices, and shall procure and maintain all governmental permits, licenses, and inspections, as may be required by Applicable Laws or otherwise necessary for its performance of this Agreement.
