Governmental Licenses, Permits and Approvals. Licensee, at its expense, shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all Approvals with respect to this Agreement, and for complying with any requirements of such Regulatory Authorities for the registration or recording of this Agreement. Licensee shall furnish to Licensor written evidence from such Regulatory Authorities of any such Approvals.
