Common use of Governmental Licenses, Permits and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Governmental Licenses, Permits and Approvals. All rights and incidents of interest of Sellers as of Closing in and to all transferable licenses, permits and approvals ("Permits") issued to Sellers by any Governmental Agency (as hereinafter defined) relating primarily to the Business and in effect as of the Closing, including without limitation, those listed or described on Schedule 1.1.6.

All rights and incidents of interest of Sellers as of Closing Seller in and to all transferable licenses, permits permits, authorizations and approvals (collectively, "Permits") issued to Sellers Seller by any Governmental Agency Entity (as hereinafter defineddefined in Section 2.2) relating primarily to used in the Business and in effect as of the ClosingBusiness, including without limitation, those limitation such of the foregoing as are listed or described on in Schedule 1.1.6.1.1.9;
